Do attractive guys have to ever approach anyone?

When ever I am in the clubs and bars all of the Hot Ambercrombie and Fitch nice body guys honestly just sit there with a drink or chill in there circle of friends while average joes drool over them and approach them trying to get the time of day from them. Do "The Beautiful People" ever have to approach anyone or do they get used to others always approaching them since they are physically attractive? Also are these people ever single? I would guess they always have a date, boyfriend, or some guy interested in them.
